This phenomenon annually exposes the populations of Dangbo commune to the floods. This study identifies and analyzes the physical and social characteristics which are at the base of these rainy impacts in Dangbo commune. The information retrieval, the observations of the most places in the commune affected and the investigations by questionnaire conducts in 382 households are done.
