The theoretical framework touches on concepts of Classical Theory of Administration, Human Relations Theory and Behavioral Approach as well as specific concepts about remuneration plans, which helped in the process of identification of interfering factors in the satisfaction related to the compensation plan. In this way, to achieve the goals, a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive research was fomented, prepared by the focus group case study method, based on bibliographic sources. The results indicate the mapping of organizational satisfaction with unsuitable use of aspects such as benefits, goals and sales contests, followed by corrective intervention proposals.
