Women empowerment is a crucial tool for accessing the social development of the nation. It is observed in our society where the women's literacy is high that state is making substantial contribution in overall development of the nation/community. In this paper the author has explained various dimensions which are closely associated with improving status of women leading towards empowerment. The detail discussion about the problems related to education of girl such as cost of education, access to education, affordability of educational expenses, school environment etc. are closely connected with women's education.
