This study aimed to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and adjustment of 210 male and female undergraduate students belonging to arts and science streams, University of Jammu. Using correlation and regression analysis, statistically significant relationships were found between emotional intelligence and adjustment of undergraduates.
