Abstract :
This study aims to present the quality tools that contribute to a rigorous control of Vital Security Processes - PSV, all eager to have a quality vehicle above all safe so that these parameters are achieved control of processes manufacture and assembly must be tightly controlled to avoid any kind of failure, because these processes can jeopardize the safety of their customers (drivers) and / or third parties. For such control techniques are used quality tools calls that assist in collection, analysis and data verification. Among all the existing tools PSV uses the Check Sheet and the Charter of Control X / R to get enough data to measure and analyze the processes considered critical.
