The research was made by inductive method, with the type of research exploratory and descriptive and qualitative approach. The techniques of data collection were the bibliographic research, semi-structured interviews, observation does not participant with a non-probabilistic sample intentionally and by accessibility applied to 36 inmates in the process of reintegration and 16 companies in the municipality. The main results show that there is availability of work for reeducating my previous eating habits according to their skills, personal and professional skills, and do not have greater difficulties to keep them, however, the employer on the other hand, receives the reeducating my previous eating habits with sensitivity in order to help you. In this way the inmates say not to suffer discrimination on the part of colleagues, which is a good thing, because the discrimination is almost a path for the recurrence. The assistance was gained by APAC the majority, said they had a great service. The predominant companies are small- and medium-sized businesses, whichever the follow-up of industrial and public company.
