The possibility of a manager or your team does not perform properly the opportunities and actions that are required in order to which the specified maximum values return to configure almost always is not considered, despite the fact that there are examples of bad management in investments that leads the company to a delicate situation. The risk management, then, is characterized fundamentally qualitative based subjective, based on the history presented by the managers on the basis of their hits and errors, their competences (group and individual), skills (on the basis of their experience and attitudes demonstrated in situations model.
