The flattening of the right affects the universality of water as essential for the life continuity on the planet, and is present in the foods, vegetables, animals and it is prioritizes a basic need of human beings. Showing how that environment is being treated well in national and international law is the major relevance to the topic, since the General Assembly of the United Nations – UN released a resolution defining water as a universal right.
