We used the descriptive qualitative case study method with retrospective approach in medical records of a patient admitted to the intensive care unit. The data analyzed resulted in 35 nursing diagnoses, hepatorenal involvement on post intoxication day with PQ, and the third day manifestations severe respiratory clinics.
