Three research questions guided the study. The population of the study was two local government areas; drawn from the 21 local government areas that make up Anambra state Nigeria. The sample for the study was made up of 692 Adult Learners in the two local government areas that were selected, through simple random sampling. The instrument used was questionnaire. Mean and standard deviation were used for analyzing the research questions. The following major finding emerged: that it is suitable for E/E to be in the curriculum for Adult and Non-formal education programmes in Anambra State Nigeria. The major recommendation include that E/E should be adopted in the curriculum by various Department of Adult and Non-formal Education of the ministry of education for teaching E/E in all Adult and Non-formal Education in Nigeria.
