These not-for-profit organizations have an important role in society, in this way, the transparency of these bodies, in relation to resources received and the provision of services, they are shown as a need, in the face of the donors, to ensure a continuous flow of resources, which would provide a better activity in society. Inside of that act in the social areas are Therapeutic communities, being the Therapeutic Community New Covenant - CERNA, which is located in the municipality of Rolim de Moura - RO, object of this study, which operates in the area of treatment chemical dependents, this entity is not getting sufficient resources to maintain their activities.
