Belém-Pará-Brazil. He is a Telecommunications Specialist from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2001), graduated in ENGENHARIA ELÉTRICA by the Federal University of Amazonas (1988) and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the Federal University of Amazonas (1986). He is currently a professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas.
