| Article Name : | | | विद्यालयी शिक्षकों की आपदा प्रबंधन जागरूकता का शैक्षिक संकाय तथा लिंग के आधार पर एक तुलनात्मक अध्ययन | | Author Name : | | | गोपाल सिंह नयाल , मुन्नी जोशी , शान्ति नयाल | | Publisher : | | | Ashok Yakkaldevi | | Article Series No. : | | | ROR-2027 | | Article : | |  | Author Profile | | Abstract : | | | प्रस्तुत शोध का मुख्य उद्देष्य शैक्षिक संकाय एवं लिग के आधार पर विद्यालयी शिक्षकों की आपदा प्रबंधन जागरूकता का तुलनात्मक अध्ययन करना है। अध्ययन से प्राप्त परिणामों के आधार पर यह पाया गया कि महिलायें पुरूषों की अपेक्षा परिवार एवं समाज के प्रति अधिक संवेदनशील थी । विज्ञान वर्ग की महिलाएं विज्ञान वर्ग के पुरूषों की तुलना में विविध प्रकार के कार्यों के प्रति जागरूकता रखकर व्यवस्था को बनाये रखने का प्रयास करती हैं, साथ ही वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण रखने के कारण स्वयं को पर्यावरणीय गतिविधियों, विज्ञान एवं तकनीकी के उपयोग एवं दुरूपयोग के प्रति जागरूकता रखती हैं। जबकि पुरूषों में संवेदनशीलता कम होती है, साथ ही वे परिवार के आर्थिक समाधान हेतु घर से बाहर ही रहते हैं, और साथ ही समस्याओं को गहनता से नहीं लेते हैं। इस कारण दोनों के मध्य सार्थक अन्तर पाया गया। | | Keywords : | | - विद्यालयी शिक्षकों की आपदा प्रबंधन
