The results showed the involvement of 30 families of fishermen/peddlers, that fishing and buy fish to fish farmers and middlemen from the State of Piauí, Maranhão and Ceará. The fair Caramuru moves more than 240 tons/year of fish, with emphasis on the TambaquiColossomamacropomum (Cuvier, 1818), tilapia Oreochromisniloticus (Linnaeus, 1758), white shrimp Litopenaeusvannamei (Boone, 1931), curimatãprochilodus brevis (Steindachner, 1875) and serraScomberomorus sp., products with origin in fisheries and aquaculture. The involved point as priority to capture public policies that act in the construction of a plant structural and training in order to promote the improvement of the conditions of hygiene, health and marketing to the promotion of social welfare. | | Keywords : | | - public policies
