Classifiers are always used as prefix and attached to numerals in Boro language. Classifiers are found either in bound or free form in this language. Bound form classifiers are mostly monosyllabic. On the other hand, free form classifiers are either monosyllabic or disyllabic and are the classifiers having independent meanings which are either noun or verb.
